Company Audtion
The company rehearses on Mondays from 4 pm - 8 pm and Thursdays from 8:30 am - 11:30 am at 3700 S Four Mile Run Drive in Arlington. Additional rehearsals are arranged for special projects and often take place early morning weekdays. Searching for dancers during May and June for the 2008-09 Season. Per project work may also be available. All performances, community projects, dance education and some rehearsals are paid.  Contact Jane

Get Involved....NURTURE

We are looking for additional board members for Jane Franklin Dance.

If you can contribute your time, thoughfulness, and leadership one evening every six weeks for a Board Meeting, and for a few hours in between, and are interested in exploring this opportunity, let us know.  We're looking for individuals with knowledge/experience in donor cultivation, accounting, graphic design, strategic planning or bookeeping.

Breaking Ground

Jane Franklin is the recipient of a grant from the Creative Communities Initiative of the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region. The grant sponsors the production of "Breaking Ground" with collaborators Sean Watkins, DC Film Alliance, East Coast Round Wall Foundation, and partnering organization Jane Franklin Dance. The project combines round wall skate boarders with company dancers for video and live performance at the Navy Memorial Plaza, DC Shorts Film Fest, and Navy Memorial Heritage Center. Watch for updates throughout spring and summer leading up to Fall performance events.
